Effects of withdrawal
If no work has begun, a package is refunded in full and per-word work is not invoiced. Nothing is owed on either side.
If work began at your express request before the end of the fourteen days, an amount proportionate to what has already been supplied remains due, set out in a written statement. For a package, the balance is refunded.
If the work has been delivered in full, after your express request and your acknowledgment that the right would then be lost, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Refunds are made within fourteen days of the withdrawal being accepted, by the payment method used for the order. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets all of this out in full.
