Written translation, revision, terminology work and quality assessment between Latvian, French, English and Spanish. Work is quoted per word, or as one of the packages listed on this site; either way it is quoted in writing before it begins.
No sworn or certified translation is provided. A sworn translation can only be produced by a translator listed as an expert with a French Court of Appeal, and the Supplier is not on that list. Where a document is intended for a préfecture, a court, a consulate or a university, the Client should confirm with that body which form is required before placing an order.
No spoken interpreting is offered.
4. Language of the site and of the contract
This site is published in English. The Supplier is established in France and the contract is governed by French law. Where a document is provided in both languages, the French text prevails. None of this deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the country in which they are habitually resident.
5. Intellectual property
The structure of this site, its text, illustrations, visual identity and code are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by copyright. Reproduction, adaptation, translation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
