Settle an invoice
For work that has already been translated, revised or assessed and delivered to you. Enter the service and the number of words shown on your quotation or invoice, and the amount is calculated from the published rate.
If you have not ordered anything yet
Do not use this page. Nothing is started by paying, and you would be settling an invoice that does not exist. Request a quotation instead: you receive a written price first, and you pay once the work is in your hands.
If the amount does not match your invoice
Write to contact@canajeva.fr rather than paying a figure you disagree with. A discounted rate, a package agreed in advance or a partial delivery will not be reflected by the calculator, which only knows the published rates.
What this payment actually is
This is a bank transfer, made through the payment method your own bank already gives you. Depending on where you are, that may be iDEAL in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, Swish in Sweden or Trustly across much of Europe. You approve the payment inside your own banking app, exactly as you would a transfer you typed out yourself.
The difference is only in the handling. A transfer you enter by hand arrives with whatever reference you happened to type, and matching it to an invoice takes a day or two at my end. Paid this way, the service, the word count and your reference travel with the payment, so it is reconciled the moment it lands and your invoice is closed the same day.
Nothing is stored on this site and no card number is entered anywhere. Which methods appear depends on the country of your bank.
If you would rather transfer it yourself
An ordinary SEPA transfer remains available and costs neither of us anything. The account details are on your invoice. Quote the invoice number in the reference field and it will be matched within a day or two.
